  1. Prepare 1 cup of rice.
  2. Provide 4 of fresh tomatoes.
  3. Provide 3 of fresh pepper.
  4. Take 1 of bulb onions.
  5. Take 1/2 of cksp veg oil.
  6. Provide to taste of salt.
  7. Get 1 tbsp of crayfish blended.
  8. Get 2 of knorr cube.
  9. Prepare 1 of egg.

  1. In a small pot heat up water; wash rice once the water is boiling add rice and parboil till its almost tender, turn off heat, wash rice and drain.
  2. Dice onions, pepper, tomatoes and set aside; heat up pot add veg oil and a little salt, add onions and stir then add tomatoes and pepper and allow it fry through.
  3. Once the tomatoes is dried up add knorr cube, crayfish and salt if necessary stir and add little water then pour in rice, stir and cover pot.
  4. Once the water is dried up and the rice is tender turn off heat and serve.
  5. Heat up frying pan and add teaspoon of veg oil; once the oil is hot, break egg into the frying pan and allow it fry through and flip over to the other side once it fry through.
  6. Serve rice with fried egg..
