  11. Provide 1 tbsp of Ginger & Garlic- Finely Chopped.
  12. Prepare 1 of Onion: Big- Finely Chopped.
  13. You need 1 tbsp of Green & Red Chillies: Finely Chopped.
  14. Get 1 tsp of Yellow Chilli Powder: Optional.
  15. You need 1/2 Cup of Bellpeppers: Any- Optional.

  3. Cut & Chop, rest all other ingredients & veggies & seasonings/spices/sauces, readily available & handy to start on with the following steps to the rest of the final cooking process.
  4. Heat up a frying pan over the medium flame: Add in some oil or butter (any), Break an egg or two to be poached- Sunny-side upSet aside for sometime.
  5. In another pan/wok on the medium flame: Add in the Butter & the Sesame Oil- Goes in the chopped onions, chopped 2G, red/green/yellow bell peppers (optional)- saut until the raw smell goes off & they become quite softer & reduced in the initial volumes.
  6. Now, goes in the vinegar, sweet soya sauce & the ketchups- give it all a nice mix- Then drop down a dollop of the shrimps paste or the Balchao Masala Paste (Homemade) & mix everything well together until nicely combined and well blended.
